Frequently Asked Questions

The questions our inbox sees every week, answered in one place.

Fit & Sizing

Do YESNO pieces run true to size?

The cuts are relaxed on purpose, so most pieces read roomier than mall sizing at the same letter. Measure bust, waist and hip and match them to the chart — the size and fit guide on the home page has the full table. Between sizes in a woven, go up; in a stretchy knit, stay down.

Loose fit and oversized fit — what is the difference?

Loose means ease through the body with shoulders that still sit on your shoulders — most YESNO dresses and overalls live here. Oversized means the shoulders drop and the whole silhouette grows a size — our sweaters and hoodies do this deliberately. Only the second one is meant to swallow you.

I am petite. Will a maxi drag on the floor?

Maxi lengths are cut generously; under about 5 ft 3 in, expect to hem or wear the dress with a heel or a knotted waist. Midi lengths and rompers are the safer no-alteration pick for petite frames.

Do the dresses and overalls really have pockets?

Big pockets are a house signature. Most dresses, skirts, overalls and wide-leg pants carry deep side pockets that hold a phone without printing through the silhouette — the product page lists them piece by piece.

Fabric & Care

How do I wash rayon without ruining it?

Cold water, gentle cycle, inside out, then hang to dry — never a hot tumble, which is where rayon shrinks and loses its swing. The full routine lives in the fabric care guide.

Will the floral prints fade?

Prints hold up to normal machine washing if you keep the water cold, the garment inside out and bleach out of the picture. Line-dry in shade rather than direct summer sun and a print stays loud for seasons.

How should I dry sweaters and cardigans?

Flat on a towel, reshaped by hand. A hanger stretches the shoulders into points and the hem into a curve; a hot dryer felts the knit. Ten extra minutes of patience buys years of shape.

Corduroy overalls came creased. Now what?

Steam or iron from the back, never face-down flat — pressure crushes the pile. Most fold creases also hang out on their own after a day on a wide-bar hanger.

Ordering, Payment & Delivery

Do I buy from this site?

No. yesnousa.com is a catalog. Every Shop button opens the listing at our retail partner, and the order, the payment and the delivery are theirs from that click on. There is no cart or checkout anywhere here.

How does payment work?

At the partner checkout, with whatever cards and wallets they support. We never see a card number, and the charge on your statement comes from them, not from us.

Is the price here the price I pay?

It is the price from the last time we checked the listing, which is usually right and occasionally stale. The partner page at the moment you buy is the one that counts.

How long does delivery take?

The partner answers that for your own address at their checkout, before you pay. We do not print windows we cannot hold — the reasoning is on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Only through the partner, and only while the mailer is still with them. Nobody here can reach into your order, because we cannot see it.

What if the size is wrong?

It goes back through the partner inside their 30-day window, and on apparel a swap is usually a return plus a new order — see Returns & Exchanges. Cheaper to measure first: the fit guide exists for that.

My parcel is late. Can you chase it?

Honestly, no. We have no order number, no tracking feed and no line to the carrier. The partner support desk has all three, and going straight to them is faster than going through us.

So what is this site good for?

Working out what to buy: which cut is loose and which is oversized, where a maxi will land on your frame, how rayon behaves in the wash, which pieces actually have pockets. That is the part we can answer properly.
